Who I am

Member of the Bar of Milan since 1998, graduated from the University of Milan (Statale) in October 1995  with a degree in criminal procedure completing a thesis on  “The defensive attorney within the new criminal system”. 
Following my graduation for several years I collaborated with the Department of Criminal Procedure (chair prof. Mario Pisani) at University of Milan (Statale) and in 2013, after seventeen years’ experience in one of the most important law firms of the city, I decided to tackle a new and fascinating challenge by starting my personal “legal boutique” providing personalized legal assistance to customers (entrepreneurs, professionals and individuals) in all areas of criminal law, favoring those of economics and business.

My goal is to offer my customers my direct and personal assistance tailored & modeled to their individual needs .
Over the years I have gained significant experience in all areas of the corporate criminal environment and white collar crimes (workplace health & safety, environment and breach of trust), corporate crime and bankruptcy (bankruptcy, tax offences, false accounting and market abuse), crimes against the public administration (corruption, bribery, bid rigging, abuse of office), criminal law on information and mass media (defamation, IT) and crimes against the person (stalking, GBH etc.).
I provide support with regards to decree 231/01, assisting entrepreneurs to build an efficient organizational model for their company, as well being available and qualified to participate on the supervisory board (ODV) also providing legal assistance in the field of voluntary disclosure and related offences.
Where the case necessitates assistance in different legal fields,  I work with a network of excellent colleagues, professionals and consultants in order to ensure each customer is provided with all necessary legal services.
I am very fluent in the English language and have worked closely for many International large companies .
